Privacy Notice
Most privacy policies are written to protect the company. This one is written so you can actually tell what we've got and what we do with it. If anything here isn't clear, email privacy@therabbit.ai and we'll explain it properly.
Follow The Rabbit Ltd is the company responsible for the information described below. We're registered in England and Wales, company number 15912514, at 23 Chelverton Road, London SW15 1RN. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number CSN5079592.
What we collect
If you take an AI Check — your first name, your email, your company size, and the answers you gave.
If you subscribe to The Signal — your email. Nothing else.
If you book a call — whatever you type into our booking page. That page is run by Calendly, who pass the details to us.
If you buy a course place — your name and email. Stripe handles the payment. We never see your card details.
Whenever anyone visits— our server keeps ordinary technical logs: IP address, browser, which pages were requested. It's how we keep the site up.
That's the lot. We don't buy data about you from anyone else, and we don't try to work out who you are from your visit.
Why we've got it
- Your AI Check results — because you asked us for them.
- Marketing emails and the newsletter — because you said yes. You can say no again whenever you like.
- Course bookings— because we've agreed to give you a place and you've paid for it.
- Advertising— because you accepted cookies. If you didn't, we don't.
- Replying to you — because you got in touch and it would be odd not to.
- Keeping the site secure — because we have to.
Unsubscribe from any email and that's the end of it. It doesn't undo anything we did while you were subscribed, but nothing more happens after.
Cookies
The necessary ones.A couple of cookies make the site work, including the one remembering what you chose about cookies. Those aren't optional and don't need your permission.
Advertising only happens if you say yes.We run ads on LinkedIn. Accept, and we load LinkedIn's Insight Tag — cookies that tell us whether an ad actually led anywhere, and let us show ads to people who've been here before. LinkedIn also uses that data for its own purposes, which its own privacy policy covers. Decline, and it never loads at all.

Where your information lives, and who else sees it
We don't sell your information to anyone.
Your AI Check answers and scores sit in our own application, on our own server — not in a third-party form tool. Your name and email also go into our customer records system (HubSpot) so we know who we've talked to.
These suppliers are involved in running the business, and none of them get more than they need:
- Hetzner — provides the server the site and its data sit on
- Stripe — takes course payments
- Resend — sends booking confirmation emails
- HubSpot — holds our customer records
- Microsoft 365 — sends our other email, including the newsletter
- Calendly — runs our call booking page
- LinkedIn — measures our ads, only with your consent
We'd also hand something over if the law required it. That's the only other case.
Information leaving the UK. Some of these suppliers operate outside the UK. Where information leaves the country, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- AI Check details — two years after we last hear from you, then deleted
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, then gone within a month, apart from a note to ourselves not to email you again by mistake
- Course bookings and payments — seven years, because HMRC requires it
- Server logs — 30 days
- Enquiries and calls — two years
What you can tell us to do
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or hand it over in a form you can take elsewhere. You can object to us using it at all, including for marketing. You can withdraw your consent whenever you want.
Email privacy@therabbit.ai and we'll sort it within a month. It's free, and we won't be difficult about it.
On the AI Checks— they score the answers you give and show you the result. It's a self-assessment tool for your own benefit. No decision about you gets made from it.
If we get it wrong
Tell us first and we'll try to put it right. If that doesn't satisfy you, the Information Commissioner's Office regulates this and you're entitled to complain to them:
